How your order ships

To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, larger orders may ship in more than one package. If yours does, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each one.

Where we ship from

Your order ships from one of several distribution centers across the United States.

When your order will arrive

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (holidays excluded) before they ship. Some items, such as custom-made pieces, may need additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, standard parcel delivery within the U.S. and Canada takes about 2–7 business days. Delivery times vary with your location and carrier delays. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking information.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Most orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS don't require a signature on delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship some items to PO Boxes. Larger items, including furniture, can't be delivered to a PO Box. If your order includes an item that can't ship to a PO Box, we'll contact you before your order is processed.
