Turin DF64 Gen 2.7 Single Dose Coffee Grinder

Dial In Every Cup with the Turin DF64 Gen 2.7 Single-Dose Coffee Grinder

The Turin DF64 Gen 2.7 Single-Dose Coffee Grinder brings precision, flexibility, and a streamlined workflow to the home coffee bar. Designed for both espresso and filter coffee, its 64mm flat burr platform and stepless adjustment system give you fine control over grind size, whether you're pulling espresso, preparing pour-over, or switching between brewing methods.

Compact enough for the countertop yet built around a full-size burr platform, the DF64 Gen 2.7 is a thoughtful choice for coffee drinkers who want more control over their daily ritual without adding unnecessary complexity.

Precision Grinding for Espresso and Beyond:

64mm Flat Burrs: The large flat-burr platform delivers consistent grinding and supports multiple burr options, allowing you to tailor the grinder to your preferred brewing style.

Stepless Adjustment: Make small, precise grind-size changes when dialing in espresso while still having the range needed for pour-over, drip, AeroPress, French press, and cold brew.

Single-Dose Workflow: Weigh your beans for each drink, grind only what you need, and use the included bellows to help clear remaining grounds from the chute.

Cleaner, Lower-Retention Design:

Plasma Anti-Static System: A built-in plasma generator helps reduce static and minimizes grounds clinging to the chute and dosing cup for a cleaner countertop workflow.

Bellows System: The bellows help clear retained coffee after grinding, reducing waste and limiting the amount of older grounds carried into the next dose.

Updated Gen 2.7 Anti-Popcorn Blocker: The current Gen 2.7 revision features a convex anti-popcorn blocker designed to help beans feed more smoothly into the grinding chamber.

Flexible 64mm Burr Platform:

Multiple Burr Options: Depending on configuration, the grinder is available with Turin Stainless Steel, Red Titanium, or Stainless Steel Brew burrs. Compatible aftermarket 64mm burrs, including SSP options, can also be used.

Customize Your Cup: Different burr options can emphasize body, balance, clarity, or filter-focused performance, giving you room to adapt the grinder as your coffee preferences evolve.

Compact, Substantial Construction:

Metal Body: The grinder features a durable metal construction, straightforward controls, and a 250W AC motor designed for dependable everyday use.

Counter-Friendly Footprint: At approximately 10" deep, 5.2" wide, and 12" high, the DF64 delivers 64mm burr performance without taking over the coffee bar.
